Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Assistant to join our daycare. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating young children and creating a nurturing learning workplace. Join us in shaping the future generation through quality education and compassionate teaching practices.

Requirements:

- Experience working in a childcare setting
- Strong demonstrated ECA knowledge
- Knowledge of developing and implementing age-appropriate activities for children from infant to kindergarten age
- Teamwork Skills
- Communication skills, ability to express self well, confident
- Mentoring/Coaching – the ability to give feedback constructively
- Interpersonal skills – can interact with others in an encouraging way and can work in a team
- Organizational skills – very detailed, has methods to stay organized
- Not a student
- Does not require sponsorship

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
