Toronto Animal Health Partners is a state-of-the-art, 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital located in North York. Our Neurology department is led by board-certified neurologists who work closely with a team of experienced RVTs and support staff. We are committed to providing gold-standard patient care while fostering continuous learning and professional growth.

What You'll Do

As a Neurology RVT, you will play a key role in providing specialized nursing care to patients with neurological disorders. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with advanced diagnostics such as CT, CSF tap analysis, and electrodiagnostics
- Providing perioperative care for neurosurgery patients (e.g., hemilaminectomies, ventral slots and more!)
- Monitoring and managing hospitalized neurological patients,



including seizure and paraplegic cases
- Administering medications and treatments as directed by the neurologist
- Educating clients and providing compassionate communication during challenging times
- Supporting a collaborative team environment

What We’re Looking For

- Registered Veterinary Technician in good standing (required)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in specialty or emergency medicine preferred, but new grads with strong interest in neurology will be considered
- Strong technical skills including IV catheter placement, venipuncture and basic anesthesia skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Passion for patient care and a desire to continuously grow your knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
