Responsibilities

- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Cash out customers using POS system.
- Restock shelves.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns by offering transparent solutions.
- Collaborate with store manager to ensure the day to day store needs are being met





Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent communication skills and etiquette.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Experience with upselling techniques and understanding of sales principles is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with patience, empathy, and active listening abilities.
