Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of meal preparation and food safety practices. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality dishes to our guests.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.




- Help train new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and kitchen procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen.

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
