Senior Account Manager
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Salary: $80,000/year

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead integrated marketing and shopper marketing programs from strategy through execution. This role requires a strategic, client-focused professional with experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering campaigns across retail, digital, e-commerce, and in-store channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead integrated marketing and shopper marketing campaigns from planning to execution.

Build and manage stakeholder relationships.

Manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Develop strategic recommendations using consumer, shopper, and retail insights.

Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.





Qualifications

5+ years of account management experience in an agency or marketing environment.

Experience leading integrated and shopper marketing campaigns.

Strong knowledge of retail marketing and the path-to-purchase journey.

Proven project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
