Job Description
The Role Manage delivery of transportation structure projects, with a strong interface between:
Field teams
Preconstruction
Client
This is not a purely office-driven role - you are expected to stay close to execution.
Qualifications What You Bring
Experience as a PM on:
Bridges
Transit infrastructure
Heavy structural components
Ability to manage:
Budget
Schedule
Risk
Travel: ~40–50%
What Sets Solid Candidates Apart Experience working alongside self-perform crews or complex structure trades
Understanding of how sequence impacts cost and risk
Experience working for a general contractor
You likely will not be a fit if:
Your work has been limited to:
Linear municipal infrastructure
Projects without complex structural components
