Your Day to Day
Technical Leadership & Full Stack Development
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality development and technical excellence
Contribute to full-stack development using Python/Django and TypeScript/React
Guide the team in building and optimizing REST API endpoints for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Responsible for designing highly scalable, available and reliable systems
Review and refine technical designs in Figma before implementation
Drive the deployment process to AWS, leveraging and improving CI/CD pipelines
Enforce coding standards, best practices, and robust automated testing strategies
Maintain and improve technical documentation across the engineering team
Product & Engineering Innovation
Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and key stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals
Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to improve system efficiency, security, and scalability
Lead architecture discussions, experiments,



and technical evaluations to improve system performance and maintainability
Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to understand customer pain points and refine product strategy
Act as a key technical representative, maintaining relationships with strategic and technical partners
Requirements
5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Robust experience with backend development using Python/Django or a similar framework
Proficiency in frontend development using React/TanStack Query or similar frameworks
Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Deep understanding of REST API design, development, and third-party integrations
Experience with databases (SQL & ORMs) and writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Strong experience with Git and version control workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing hands-on technical work with team management
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience mentoring engineers and fostering a collaborative team culture
Nice to Haves
