ACEH is seeking an experienced Indigenous Registered Social Worker for its Sacred Cradle House in Victoria, BC. This full-time role focuses on clinical case management, working collaboratively with Family Members and community partners. You will conduct assessments, develop service plans, and advocate for culturally safe practices, all while maintaining a focus on long-term healing and family preservation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop and implement individualized service plans




• Manage active clinical caseload for families
• Advocate for family preservation in child welfare cases
• Provide evening and weekend consultation as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work; Master's preferred
• Current registration with BC College of Social Workers
• At least three years' experience with Indigenous families
• Strong knowledge of child welfare frameworks
• Valid First Aid Certification and Criminal Record Check
