Global Talent Partners is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a Medical Director to lead a well-established companion animal hospital in Vancouver, British Columbia.

This leadership position is ideal for an experienced veterinarian looking to influence clinical standards while remaining actively involved in patient care. You'll work alongside an experienced team in a modern hospital that places a strong emphasis on collaboration, mentorship, and delivering exceptional veterinary medicine.

Comprehensive wellness and preventative medicine
Digital radiography
Diagnostic ultrasound
In-house laboratory diagnostics
Soft tissue surgery
Dentistry
Internal medicine

Behavioural consultations
Nutritional counselling

You'll lead an experienced clinical team consisting of veterinarians, Registered Veterinary Technologists, veterinary assistants, and dedicated client care professionals. The practice promotes an inclusive and collaborative culture, encouraging mentorship,

The Opportunity
As Medical Director, you'll have the opportunity to:
Lead and mentor an experienced veterinary team
Maintain and develop high clinical standards
Support hospital growth and clinical excellence
Continue practicing medicine while balancing leadership responsibilities
Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture
Help develop veterinarians and support staff
