Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $160,000.00 Annually
THE MANDATE Reporting to senior delivery or digital applications leadership, the Senior Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain (FSC) Solution Lead is a hands-on functional expert accountable for delivering end-to-end D365 FSC implementations and migrations, including transitions from Dynamics GP and Wennsoft. This role leads solution delivery across all phases, from assessment and design through configuration, UAT, cutover, and go-live, ensuring strong execution and business alignment.
As an experienced practitioner, the Solution Lead actively drives solution design and configuration in D365 FSC, bringing direct migration experience and deep system expertise. Acting as a trusted advisor, they ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with D365 best practices while meeting business needs.
ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain implementations, including Dynamics GP migrations, with hands-on ownership of functional design, system configuration, and assessment of existing configurations, customizations, ISVs, and data structures
Act as the primary functional owner, accountable for solution quality, completeness, and production readiness
Lead fit-to-standard workshops and translate business requirements into scalable D365 configurations
Own functional solution design and configuration across Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Field Services, and Project/Job Costing
Ensure alignment with D365 standard capabilities to support long-term scalability and maintainability
Troubleshoot and resolve complex, cross-module functional issues directly within the system
Manage functional scope, risks,



and dependencies with a strong focus on delivery quality and outcomes
Collaborate with technical and data teams to ensure accurate implementation, data validation, and reconciliation
Lead UAT, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization (HyperCare)
Define and execute migration strategies (e.g., historical data vs. opening balances, phased vs. full cutover)
Map and redesign Wennsoft job costing, project, and service management processes to align with D365 capabilities
Oversee and validate migration of core business data (financials, AR/AP, fixed assets, inventory, customers, vendors, and projects)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Systems) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Extensive functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain
Strong understanding of ERP finance, supply chain, and project-based business processes
Proven ability to lead solution design and guide organizations through complex ERP transformations
WORKEXPERIENCE Minimum of 10 years of ERP experience, including Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain
Proven experience leading D365 FSC migrations, with Dynamics GP (and Wennsoft) environments preferred
Demonstrated success leading multiple full-cycle D365 FSC implementations in a functional lead role




Robust hands-on experience with functional configuration in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain
Experience leading fit-to-standard workshops and supporting UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
