Responsibilities

- Perform lawn mowing, line & blade edging, leaf blowing, shearing, pruning, bed work, weeding, and planting.
- Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and shears.
- Drive the company truck to the local dump and waste facilities.

As you gain experience and confidence, you may explore other divisions such as Irrigation, Plant Health Care, and Landscape Services.

Qualifications

- British Columbia Driver’s License (Class 5, N or FULL). Learner’s or International licenses are not accepted.
- Ability to walk 20,000+ steps a day and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Excellent reliability: good attendance, on time, consistent performance.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Open and receptive to ongoing feedback.
- Smartphone with data plan.
- Willingness to drive company trucks as trained.
- Willingness to commute to sites within the Lower Mainland.
- English language proficiency.




- Possession of a car is an asset.
- No experience required for entry‑level; outdoor or physical work experience is an asset.

Working Conditions
