Perform end-to-end business and functional testing across Wealth Management platforms, ensuring comprehensive front-to-back validation of user journeys and business processes.
Analyze business requirements, assess project scope, design test strategies, develop test cases, and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright to improve testing efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, and project teams to validate requirements, resolve defects, and ensure successful solution delivery.
Support AI-driven testing initiatives, continuous quality evaluation, API validation, and test reporting while promoting best practices throughout the SDLC.

General Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Business Testing, or Test Automation within enterprise environments.
Proven experience supporting Wealth Management platforms, preferably across Swiss and APAC markets,



with a strong understanding of front-to-back business processes and client journeys.
Experience working within Agile software development environments and collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
Mandatory Skills
Strong functional knowledge of Wealth Management platforms, user journeys, investment lifecycle, and front-to-back business processes , with experience performing business validation and end-to-end testing.
Hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium or Playwright , programming in Java or Python , SQL, API testing, and modern QA methodologies.
Proficiency with testing and delivery tools including Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, Squash (or similar test management tools), and experience supporting CI/CD-driven testing.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with AI-assisted testing, AI-driven requirement validation, intelligent test design, or Agentic AI workflows.
Knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, private banking, securities, or wealth advisory operations.
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Agile Tester (CAT), Professional Scrum certifications, or automation testing certifications.
