Element5 is seeking a proactive Health and Safety Officer to improve processes and protect employees. You will collaborate with operations and HR to develop SOPs, conduct inspections, and provide safety training. This is an essential role ensuring compliance with Ontario health and safety legislation and making a daily impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Element5's Occupational Health & Safety Program
• Conduct workplace inspections and safety audits
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Deliver employee safety training and orientations
• Support the Joint Health & Safety Committee activities

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid knowledge of Ontario health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
