Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Banqueting Staff to join our energetic team. This role involves providing exceptional guest services during events, ensuring a seamless dining experience in a hospitality setting. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food handling and service. The position offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment, supporting various events such as weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings. Candidates with restaurant, hotel, or food industry experience will find this role particularly fitting.

Responsibilities

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Assist with setting up banquet areas according to event specifications
- Transparent tables promptly and maintain cleanliness throughout service periods
- Replenish supplies and ensure presentation standards are met at all times
- Provide attentive guest services, addressing any special requests or needs




- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols diligently during food handling and serving
- Support team members in coordinating event flow and guest satisfaction
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support event operations

Experience

- Prior experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working with guests in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food presentation, and event setup is advantageous
- Hotel or catering experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance are essential for success in this role

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
