Progressive Architects is a Canadian incorporated firm with an office in Windsor, offering Architectural services to clients across Ontario.

We offer a wide range of architectural services from schematic design to construction contract administration. Our client base includes private sector businesses, developers, contractors, and corporations.

Our firm is seeking skilled Senior Technologist with a minimum of 5 years experience in the architectural field to work closely with the principal architect on all project phases from site assessment, schematic design, permit and construction documents.

Work Profile

- Prepare building permit and construction documents.
- Develop technical solutions including building envelope detailing.
- Assist in BIM model and presentation materials.
- Assist in construction administration office activities.

Core Qualifications:





- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architectural technology from a recognized school of architecture.
- Solid knowledge of Ontario Building Code.
- Good communication skills with clients and consultants.
- Solid organizational and management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth working experience in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- experience with Sketch up and Photoshop is an asset.
- High proficiency of MS Office including Word and Excel.
