Hawksworth Restaurant is looking for a cheerful, organized, and hospitality-loving Host/Hostess. If you’re passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you!
About You
You’re the kind of person who makes a great first impression — warm, qualified, and always ready with a smile. You love the buzz of a busy dining room and enjoy being at the heart of it all. You’re confident leading a small team, staying cool under pressure, and keeping things running smoothly from the front desk.
You’re also:
- A natural people person who enjoys connecting with guests and regulars alike
- Detail-oriented and proactive — you’re always two steps ahead
- Comfortable using reservation software (SevenRooms, OpenTable, etc.)
- A true hospitality professional who takes pride in great service
- Available 3 to 4 shifts per week
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and ensure every visit starts with a friendly, professional greeting
- Lead and support the host team to keep the dining room flowing seamlessly
- Manage reservations and guest preferences using our reservation system
- Communicate clearly with servers and management to enhance the guest experience
- Handle special requests and questions with a smile and can-do attitude
