Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and energetic Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and food safety practices
- Assist in food preparation and serving dishes promptly while adhering to food industry safety regulations




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong guest service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, tipping, and inventory purposes
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude towards guests and team members
- Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
