Requirements

- Experience replacing and repairing windshields and automotive glass
- Red Seal Certified as an Auto Glass Technician (preferred)
- ADAS calibration experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of modern auto glass repair methods, tools, and materials




- Comfort working on EVs and hybrid vehicles (training provided as needed)
- Awareness of OEM requirements for ADAS, camera recalibration, and sensor integrated glass systems
- Willingness to participate in sponsored training and development
- Excellent work references
- Valid driver’s license
