Urgently hiring for multiple Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Burlington. The successful candidate will assemble products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Location Requirement
This position is based in Burlington, ON. To ensure a reasonable commute and reliable attendance, preference will be given to candidates who live in Burlington, Oakville, or Hamilton. Applicants who reside beyond Hamilton or Oakville will not be contacted.
Responsibilities
The parts are very small - Attention to detail is very important!
- Must be able to read, write and have clear communication skills - Testing required
- Assemble products and components using hand and power tools.
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, or assembly diagrams.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform basic quality checks and report any defects.
- Package completed products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is required.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
