Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a deep understanding of food safety practices. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling and preparation meets health and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure quality.




- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for cooking and creativity in meal presentation is highly desirable.
- Certification in food safety or culinary arts is a plus but not required.
