INNIO is seeking a Lean Leader for the Welland facility to drive company-wide lean initiatives and improve operational performance.
You will develop and execute Lean plans to reduce in‑process inventory, lead time and costs while elevating process quality, reporting to the VP Operations. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and engineering degree are required, with solid coaching and project leadership skills.
