Who We Are Looking For
You are a senior marketing leader who knows how to turn strategy into a reliable operating function.
You understand that success is not measured by activity alone. More posts, more clicks, and more inquiries only matter when they produce qualified property owners, booked appointments, signed customers, listings, and revenue.
You know how to build teams, assign ownership, create reporting, control budgets, and establish standards without becoming involved in every individual task.
You are comfortable managing internal staff, offshore resources, freelancers, agencies, creators, technology, AI, and automation within one coordinated structure.
You can identify weak performance quickly, challenge poor decisions, improve accountability, and keep marketing focused on business priorities.
You also understand the importance of trust in a property‑services business. Brand reputation, reviews, public communication, local visibility, and customer experience are treated as core growth drivers.
How Performance Will Be Measured
Success in this role will include:
A consistent and predictable flow of qualified property‑owner leads
Better visibility into how marketing activity converts into customers, listings, and revenue
Improved lead quality and appointment conversion
Controlled customer‑acquisition costs
Stronger paid‑media performance across target markets
Successful launches and growth in new cities and service areas
Improved Google rankings, local visibility, reviews, and reputation
Transparent and consistent brand messaging
Higher‑quality creative and content output
Reliable campaign planning, deadlines, approvals, and reporting
Clear responsibilities and accountability across the marketing team
Effective use of internal, offshore, freelance, agency, and project‑based resources
Practical use of AI and automation to increase efficiency
Better alignment between marketing, sales, operations, technology, and leadership
Clear executive recommendations supported by useful data
Earnings and Incentive Plan
This role offers an annual base salary of up to C$160,000, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, leadership background, and the scale of the marketing teams and budgets they have previously managed.
The successful candidate will also be eligible to earn up to C$60,000 annually through a performance‑based leadership incentive.
The incentive is intended to reward measurable commercial impact, including improvements in customer acquisition, conversion performance, marketing efficiency, brand visibility, market expansion, team productivity, and the development of scalable marketing systems.
At full achievement, total annual compensation may reach C$220,000.
The final compensation package will reflect the candidate’s senior marketing leadership experience, history of managing complex teams and budgets, multi‑market or multi‑brand background, and demonstrated ability to build marketing operations that produce reliable business results.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position.
The Vice President of Marketing will be expected to attend the Vaughan office when needed for leadership planning, strategy meetings, campaign launches, shoots, partnerships, events, and other important business initiatives.
This is an opportunity to build the marketing function behind a growing Canadian leasing‑services company and directly influence customer acquisition, local‑market expansion, brand reputation, and long‑term growth.
