Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct specialized asset assessments and annual inspections

• Provide repair recommendations and cost estimates for projects
• Lead and coordinate scheduling of site assessments
• Assist in onboarding and training new hires

Requirements:
• University degree in engineering or building science
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced knowledge of building condition assessments
• Skills in cost estimating and project management
• Valid driver's license with travel availability across Canada and US
