Job Location & Hours Toronto, Ontario, Canada - 37.5 hours per week Compensation Base salary: $115,600.00 - $163,200.00 CAD per year Job Description Summary Manage a team of Business Insights & Analytics professionals to support decision‑making across the organization. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify data needs, develop analytical solutions, and provide fact‑based advice that aligns with strategy and drives shareholder value. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of Business Insights & Analytics specialists. Collaborate with partners on business problems, providing analytical advice and managing escalated client issues. Oversee the design, execution, and presentation of insights to executive leaders, ensuring recommendations are clear and actionable. Support risk intelligence and insights across Resiliency Risk areas, including continuity, crisis, operational and technology resiliency, third‑party, and physical security. Leverage internal and external data sources to build and deliver analytics that inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities. Drive continuous improvement of analytics tools, techniques, and processes to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.



Maintain a strong risk management and control culture, identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree (math, physics, engineering, finance, computer science) preferred. Graduate degree preferred with 7+ years of relevant experience or progressive project work; research tenure may be counted. Strong experience with data analytics, reporting, and visualization using Python, Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and related platforms. Proven leadership skills, capable of building and developing high‑performing teams while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting insights to executive audiences. Ability to navigate ambiguous issues, apply judgment, and collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex problems. Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory compliance within financial services is a plus.
