This role exists to strengthen execution across branches, align sales and operations, improve visibility through KPIs and reporting, and ensure safety, financial discipline, and operational excellence are embedded throughout the organization.You are the link between strategy and execution — ensuring what is promised gets delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Branch SupportLead monthly branch financial reviews and performance discussionsOversee monthly safety meetings, JHSC programs, and compliance initiativesLead annual budgeting and forecasting in partnership with leadershipConduct semi-annual performance reviews for operational leadersSupport recruiting, hiring, performance management, and terminations as neededOversee building, fleet, and equipment asset managementPrepare and present regular operational reporting to the leadership teamBusiness Operations LeadershipEstablish, track,
