Key Responsibilities:
• Generate revenue through focused customer engagement
• Maintain aesthetic and functional store presentation
• Assist in managing store inventory processes
• Communicate product knowledge clearly to customers
• Follow and enforce all Lids retail policies
Requirements:
• Solid communication and customer service abilities
• Capacity to lift items up to 50 pounds
• Experience with computer and POS systems
• Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
