Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare weekly operational agendas and scorecards
• Oversee internal systems and CRM transitions
• Analyze marketing data and execute brand events




• Support the Director of Operations with high-level projects
• Maintain operational integrity and clear SOPs

Requirements:
• 1-5 years of experience in operations coordination or leadership
• Proficient in CRMs, Excel, and G-Suite
• Strong analytical skills for data reporting
