The NP will deliver comprehensive health services, including assessments and management of acute and chronic illnesses, while supporting and working collaboratively with other providers.
This permanent part-time position involves working in a multi-site setting within the Eastern Urban Zone, and requires excellent critical thinking and communication skills. A valid driver's license is also needed.
