Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and personable Barber to join our team. Duties

- Perform professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering styling recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience and build lasting relationships




- Assist in retail sales by recommending hair care products suited to individual client needs

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards within a salon environment
- Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently and professionally
- Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk operations is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism in appearance and conduct
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required

Pay: $17.85-$44.44 per hour
