We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties - including condos, townhomes, and single-family homes and multi-family units - on behalf of individual owners and investors across the Lower Mainland. Duties

- Ongoing professional support, training, and mentorship
- Paid licensing and PDP support

- Show and lease rental properties effectively
- Market properties to maximize exposure and results
- Apply a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act and RTB procedures
- Manage tenant and client relationship with professionalism and responsiveness
- Conduct property inspections and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate and advise on repairs and maintenance
- Handle insurance claims as required
- Work with strata corporations and property management partners
- Strata and Air Space Parcel experience
- Communicate clearly with professionally in all correspondence

Experience

- Licensed in Rental Property Management (BCFSA)
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Solid team orientation with a collaborative approach
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to a vehicle
