Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with precision
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring food safety compliance
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising quality




- Provide guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and billing purposes
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is a plus but not required
- Capable of standing, walking, and lifting moderate loads for extended periods throughout shifts
- Serving it right certificate
