O'Connor RV is expanding into auto and truck ICBC repairs, we’re dedicated to providing top-quality collision repair and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a motivated ICBC collision Advisor to join our growing team and help our customers keep their vehicles running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns with professionalism and care

- Write accurate ICBC estimate and communicate clearly with technicians

- Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s status throughout the repair process

- Build trust and long-term relationships through honesty and excellent service

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive / RV customer service or ICBC collision repair front end experience.





- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance is a plus

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace

- A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset

- Mitchell estimating program experience

- I - car certification if possible
