Responsibilities

- Analyze complex business data using tools such as SQL, R, Python, Power BI, and Tableau to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop actionable insights aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and maintain databases utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Support project management activities by applying Agile methodologies and managing project timelines through tools like Visio and other workflow software.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis by evaluating current processes against industry best practices and recommending scalable solutions.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using VBA, Power BI, Tableau,



or similar tools to facilitate real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for new system implementations or enhancements while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Skills

- Proficiency in data analysis skills including SQL, R, Python, and Bash (Unix shell) for extracting and manipulating large datasets.
- Robust understanding of business analysis techniques combined with experience in database design and management.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to create compelling dashboards that communicate insights clearly.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks like Agile to support iterative development cycles effectively.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes for software development projects within a business environment.
- Ability to work with enterprise systems including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases efficiently.
- Excellent analysis skills complemented by attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities using Visio or similar diagramming tools.
