We are looking for an Assistant Graphic Designer to join our Toronto team in a hybrid capacity.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Graphic Designer to support our marketing and communications team. In this role, you will help bring our brand to life through visual storytelling, creating compelling designs for proposals, presentations, social media, and marketing materials. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic and purpose-driven organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, presentations, and infographics
- Create engaging social media graphics and visual content
- Support the development of visual assets for digital and print campaigns
- Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visuals




- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
- Stay current on design trends and best practices
- Assist with photography and video editing as needed

WHAT YOU BRING

- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work (academic or professional)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively in the office
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote work days
- Legal authorization to work in Canada

Pay: $81,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
