Responsibilities include (training will be provided where required):
- Answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Coordinating appointments with specialists and other health providers
- Problem Solving
- Submitting insurance claims and managing retail transactions
- Data collecting and analyzing, aligning clinical goals together & enforce plans to achieve them.
*Spanish is an asset
