Overview

We're hiring a Foreman Electrician to lead electrical crews on commercial/industrial/residential projects. You'll coordinate daily work, ensure code compliance, and keep projects running safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise electricians/apprentices in office

- Plan daily tasks, assign work, and track progress

- Read drawings/specs and coordinate with project managers/other trades

- Ensure safety compliance (toolbox talks, hazard checks, PPE)

- QA/QC: verify installs meet electrical codes and project standards

- Troubleshoot issues and support commissioning/start-up when needed

Requirements

- Journeyperson Electrician certification (or equivalent)

- Foreman/supervisor experience on construction sites

- Strong knowledge of electrical code + site safety practices

- Able to read drawings and manage crew productivity

- Valid driver's license (common requirement)

Nice to Have

- First Aid, Fall Protection, Lift tickets

- Experience with commercial service calls / industrial controls
