Your Mission

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a key role in continuous improvement and the maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). Your mission is to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization by supporting teams and contributing to the company's overall performance.

Your Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS) to support organizational growth.
- Create and maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, processes, and forms.
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support continuous improvement, quality control, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams on process mapping and documentation.
- Contribute to supplier approval and employee qualification activities.




- Ensure efficient and user-friendly document management.
- Participate in training and communication initiatives related to quality best practices.

Qualifications

- DEC/AEC in Aerospace or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Experience with quality control, auditing, and process mapping.
- Proficiency with digital tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.
- Knowledge of SMS (Safety Management System) and AS9100 standards is considered a major asset.
