Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from planning through execution and closeout.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to ensure timely delivery.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify project scope and specifications.
- Manage project budgets by performing accurate construction estimating and cost control using HeavyBid or comparable tools.
- Oversee procurement processes, including bid evaluations and contractor negotiations.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D to track progress, update documentation, and facilitate communication.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.




- Monitor project timelines diligently through effective time management strategies to keep projects on schedule.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee work quality, review schematics, and verify adherence to plans.

Requirements

- Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid and scheduling software like Primavera P6.
- Familiarity with civil design software including Civil 3D for infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Experience using construction management platforms such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and collaboration purposes.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and quality assurance protocols.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
- Strong communication skills for clear coordination with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $54,452.13-$140,929.49 per year
