Lead the Tooling department at PWO Canada INC. as a Tooling Supervisor. Oversee tooling activities and ensure high-quality production across all shifts while enhancing team performance.

This full-time, permanent role involves directing Tool and Die Makers, Machinists, and apprentices. You will coordinate daily tooling activities, monitor tooling costs, and support performance improvements. Candidates should possess a strong knowledge of tool & die processes, stamping presses, and a familiarity with 3D CAD design systems like SOLID EDGE.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate daily tooling operations and troubleshooting
• Assign work and manage manpower planning for production readiness
• Monitor tooling costs and develop KPIs for improvement




• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Communicate delays or schedule impacts with key departments

Requirements:
• Licensed Tool & Die Maker or equivalent technical education
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, 3+ years in supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
