Job Summary
To effectively manage the staff and lesson products for the Snow School to meet or exceed the shareholder value,
guest satisfaction and employee experience objectives of the Whistler/Blackcomb Snow School.
Job Specifications
Starting Wage: $58,825.00 - $84,036.00
Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
Shift Type: Full Time hours available
Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities
To meet all Snow School objectives
To assess financial performance and adjust operations - daily, weekly and monthly as needed to exceed targets and goals
To demonstrate knowledge of all Whistler/Blackcomb Snow School’s programs, lessons, special events, promotions, policies and procedures
Provide training and leadership for supervisory staff in the following areas: fiscal responsibility, lesson quality, employee engagement and safety
To create an environment and culture within the Snow School in which employee engagement is recognized to be crucial to the success of the school
Develop Talent: Lead training sessions and provide personal and professional development for supervisors and staff
To ensure all staff adopt a service excellence approach that consistently exceeds guest’s expectations and provides them with the finest mountain recreational experience
Review and develop plans to constantly improve EEX scores
To plan and develop facilities as required
Operate under the “One School’ mantra of Whistler Blackcomb
Responsible for Scheduling of set programs – Work closely with the Scheduling Team
Demonstrate creativity and innovation when developing programs for the Snow School
Job Requirements

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Passion for skiing/snowboarding and coaching
Proven leadership skills, planning ability and vision
Proven financial understanding, record keeping and proven past positive financial results
Problem solver, self-motivated/self-directed
Snow School supervisory/management experience
Preferred CSIA, PSIC or CASI level 3
Previous experience in staff training and development
Required to complete a satisfactory criminal record check
