Job Description: SAP Basis Support Analyst*
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred)
Skills: Database Administration (DBMS)~Digital : SAP BASIS - HANA Experience Required: 6-8 Years
SAP Basis & Database Administration: Successfully managed 9+ years of experience in SAP BASIS and HANA DB administration.
Executed System copy for Oracle/HANA Database, SAP Client copies, and environment refreshes (restoring one env. to another env.) end-to-end.
High Availability & Monitoring: Possess Hands-on experience in working with SAP system HANA Database in HA setting (Suse pacemaker cluster), including configuration, monitoring, failover testing, and administration.
Performing daily health checks and Monitoring for system performance and stability.
System Upgrades & Patching: Hands-on experience in all phases of SAP Upgrades (e.g., Kernel, Support pack), Installation, and Security Patching.
Applying notes based on the solution received and managing system Startup/Shutdown procedures.
