As a permanent part time Coordinator, you will guide a small team while directly working with children during program hours. You’ll organize activities, communicate with parents, and oversee educational programming. A strong commitment to safety and inclusivity is essential to thrive in this impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support Beyond the Bell leaders
• Schedule staff and plan engaging program activities
• Serve as the primary contact for parents and the school




• Complete administrative tasks like timesheet approvals
• Procure materials within budget for activities

Requirements:
• Experience working with children and youth
• Previous leadership or supervision experience
• Strong communication skills, spoken and written
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Criminal Record check with Vulnerable sector search
