Previously established in Ontario, CBM is a high-quality aggregate producer, focusing on operational efficiency and safety compliance. You’ll oversee material usage, staff management, and the optimization of production and inventory control with SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Develop effective work processes and supervise staff
• Review production costs and enhance quality control measures




• Troubleshoot plant processes for continuous improvement
• Oversee mining sequences and project monitoring

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in supervisory or managerial roles
• Strong mechanical aptitude, including hydraulics and pneumatics
• Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license for site travel
