DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrated commitment to promoting safe work practices and positive workplace environment
Provide technical and project management expertise to the company’s exploration team: On site supervision of drill and field exploration programs to ensure completion on-time/on-budget
Ensuring consistent and accurate data collection and management by geology team
Generation and critical review of exploration targets, data analysis and geologic interpretation
Development of deposit-scale geologic models (lithology, structure, mineralization, alteration) to support robust mineral resource estimates and well-informed exploration targeting decisions
Communicate effectively with members of the Exploration, Operations, Health Safety and Environmental teams to ensure successful execution of critical path objectives and workflows
Collaborate and contribute to the preparation and delivery of internal and external presentations, written reports and public news releases
Assist senior management by providing informed input into the preparation of fit-for-purpose exploration programs, timelines and budgets

Working knowledge of economic requirements needed to support a commercially viable mining operation
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in remote camp environment
Effective computer skills including MS Office and geologic software (e.g., Leapfrog, QGIS, ioGAS, acQuire)
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS P. Geo designation as a Practicing Member of appropriate Provincial associations, OGQ preferred
Bachelor's degree in geology or geological engineering; Master’s Degree considered a plus
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in mineral exploration and resource development
French language proficiency is considered a plus
