We are looking for a technically fluent, execution-driven Project Manager to take full ownership of custom automation projects—from handoff through final delivery.

What You’ll Do
Lead full lifecycle project delivery (kickoff to closeout)
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
Proactively manage risks related to scope, schedule, and budget
Lead change management, including scope definition, pricing, and approvals
Align technical solutions with customer expectations
Drive accountability while enabling team productivity and focus
Identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions

What You Bring
Required:
Engineering background (or equivalent experience)
3+ years in automation, manufacturing, or machine design
2+ years of project management experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Nice to Have:
Experience with PLCs, robotics, CAD, or industrial systems
PMP or formal PM training
Tools & Environment
Project scheduling software
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
Rapid-paced, highly collaborative technical environment
