Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing – Indirect, you'll lead RFx management and engage with multiple stakeholders. Your expertise in supplier selection and onboarding will drive cost savings and operational excellence across our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sourcing events for indirect categories like MRO and logistics
• Manage supplier performance reviews and improvement initiatives
• Develop category strategies to optimize cost and service
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
• Conduct spend analysis to identify savings opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement
• Experience in a rapid-paced manufacturing setting
• Proven skills in managing indirect spend categories
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP is an asset
