Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Position Overview
Experience
10 years of progressive experience across the health and/or technology sectors such as in clinical informatics, in a large, geographically-dispersed ICT services organization delivering 24/7/365 support including:
5 years of experience managing a client service focused interdisciplinary team in the delivery and maintenance of digital solutions for clinical health services.
5 years of experience developing and implementing annual operating plans focused on client service and leading multiple project teams in the deployment of digital health and clinical informatics solutions.
5 years of experience influencing senior management, key stakeholders, and negotiating and managing vendor contracts for outsourced digital health and clinical informatics solutions.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
Post-secondary degree in a relevant clinical field,
health informatics, technology, computer science or engineering from an accredited educational institution.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
