Role Responsibilities

Build and assess budgets, forecasts, scenario models, and variance analyses.

Develop or review board reporting, KPI definitions, cohort analysis, and unit economics.

Analyze revenue, pipeline, operating drivers, and cross-functional planning assumptions.

Evaluate close processes, consolidations, revenue recognition, and internal controls.

Identify calculation errors, inconsistent definitions, weak assumptions, and unsupported management conclusions.

Explain findings through clear, structured written reasoning.

Qualifications
Must-Have





5–10 years of relevant FP&A; experience or 6–12 years of relevant controllership experience for the practitioner track; 10–18 years for the senior reviewer track.

Professional experience in FP&A;, strategic finance, RevOps, business intelligence, controllership, accounting, or a closely related operating-finance role.

Robust financial modeling, management reporting, and business-partnering skills.

CPA certification is strongly preferred for accounting and controllership-focused work.

Excellent written communication and the ability to connect financial results to operational drivers.

Experience reviewing teams' work, owning a close, or presenting to senior leadership is especially valuable for the senior track.
