Design and implement automation frameworks using Robot Framework
Drive UI, API, functional, and regression test automation
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to implement Shift-Left testing
Mentor QA engineers and promote automation best practices
Required Skills 6-7+ years of Quality Engineering / Software Testing experience
2-3+ years as a QE Lead or Test Lead
Robust hands-on experience with Robot Framework
Proficiency in Python
UI Automation using Selenium and/or Playwright
API Testing using REST APIs, Postman, or Python Requests
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, Jira, or TestRail
