Robinhood is expanding its underwriting operations and distribution capabilities, seeking a capable qualified to lead regulatory-compliant deal execution between due diligence, pricing, allocation and settlement. You will work with Compliance, Finance, and Trading Operations to ensure effective oversight across the deal lifecycle and deliver high-quality outcomes.
This role requires FINRA licenses and significant experience in equity underwriting or capital markets.
